My journey as a personal trainer began in 2022, when I made a commitment to rebuild my posture, strengthen my core, and overcome back pain. That process transformed not only my body but also my confidence. Since 2023, I’ve had the privilege of helping dozens of professionals across Florida experience the same change. I earned my NASM certification in May 2023 and began seeing my clients achieve real results soon after. Outside of training, I spend most of my time studying the latest research and techniques in exercise science, I’m basically an anatomy nerd at heart. I specialize in training busy professionals who sit long hours and experience posture related discomfort.

I don’t diagnose or treat medical issues. I use pain aware progressions and refer to licensed providers as needed. New clients complete a PAR‑Q+ and, when indicated, obtain medical clearance.
Do I need to train every day?
No. Most busy professionals thrive with 2–3 structured sessions/week plus short movement “snacks.”
How quickly will I see results?
Many clients notice energy and consistency gains within ~2 weeks, visible changes in 6–8 weeks, and body‑composition changes over 3–6 months with steady adherence. We’ll tailor timelines to your context.
