What if my apartment gym has limited equipment?
That’s my specialty! I’ve helped hundreds of Florida residents build serious strength with just dumbbells up to 50 lbs. I bring resistance bands, TRX, and kettlebells to supplement what you have.
Can I get strong without barbells?
Absolutely. Using progressive overload with dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight, my clients regularly achieve 30to 50% strength gains. Smart programming matters more than equipment.
Do you train in Florida parks?
Yes! I regularly train clients at Ainger Creek Park, Carmalita Park, Charlotte Sports Park and many more locally in Port Charlotte.
How far in Florida will you travel?
I service all of Port Charlotte, I’ll travel to Ft Myers, and North Port If you’re truly committed. If you’re located further than 50 miles from Port Charlotte then you might qualifty for online training which gives the same results and accountability.
