Can I switch between programs?
Yes. Many clients start with weight loss then transition to strength. Your program evolves with your goals.
How many sessions per week do I need?
Weight loss: 2 to 3 sessions. Strength: 3 to 4 sessions. Posture: 2 sessions plus daily homework. All programs include between session support.
What’s the difference between online and in person?
Same programming and results. In person offers hands on corrections. Online provides maximum flexibility. Many clients do hybrid.
Do programs include nutrition?
