What if my apartment gym has limited equipment
That is my specialty. I have helped many Florida residents build serious strength using only dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight. I can bring bands, a suspension trainer, and other small tools to supplement what you already have.
Can I get strong without barbells
Yes. With structured progressive overload using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight, clients often see significant strength improvements. Smart programming and consistency matter more than specific equipment.
How far in Florida will you travel
I serve all of Port Charlotte and will travel to Ft Myers and North Port for committed clients. If you are farther than roughly 50 miles from Port Charlotte, you may be a better fit for online training which offers the same structure and accountability.
Can this help me keep up with my kids
That is a common goal. We build strength, posture, and movement capacity so everyday life feels more doable. Many clients report feeling more capable when playing with their kids, traveling, or doing house and yard work.
