I wasn’t born a coach—I was a casualty of my own desk posture. Ten-hour marathons at a screen hardened into lower-back stiffness, then erupted as searing sciatic pain that turned a single flight of stairs into Everest. That agony became my inciting incident, the moment I realized freedom would never come from another ergonomic chair. It would come from movement.
I became a lab of one. Each day started with intentional breathwork, flowed into precise mobility drills, and closed with deliberate core activation. I drilled pelvic positioning, practiced gentle spinal decompression, and rebuilt joint control—all aimed at sustainable, pain-free movement.
Progress showed up in the mirror and on the barbell—315-pound squats for reps, 405 × 5 deadlifts, and sprints that felt like recess instead of rehab. Yet the real victory was reclaiming functional strength, reliable posture correction, and everyday mobility that let me live instead of managing symptoms.
Pain is universal, and high-impact coaching—like high-impact content—begins where the audience hurts. Today I guide high-performing, sedentary men through the same sedentary-lifestyle recovery protocol that saved me: spine-first programming that restores range of motion, reinforces spine alignment, and builds strength training for posture without hijacking a hectic calendar.
Trust is the new currency; I earn it through transparent results, empathetic listening, and a process rooted in real-world constraints.
If hip mobility issues, nagging shoulder tension, or creeping doubt about the future define your days, my free 7-Day Mobility Reset is the map I wish I’d had on day one. It’s short, practical, and designed so every minute counts. I started as a guy afraid to stand up. I’m still that guy—just stronger, wiser, and ready to shepherd you past your own turning point. Let’s rebuild from the spine out and trade limitation for longevity, one intentional rep at a time. I wasn’t born a coach—I was a casualty of my own
